Now, I will put little importance to graphics and other technical guff, because it is kind of expected that these things get better with time, furthermore when done within the same company. With that being out of the way, I just bought Skyrim, and altought I only got a couple characters around level 10, I feel compelled to compare it to the two latest TES chapters before it. Hey, I know that somewhere this thread has been done but I didn't feel like necroposting.
